Founder and Curator – Cavaliere Ufficiale Aldo Mancusi  

As the President of the Enrico Caruso Museum of America, Cavaliere Ufficiale Aldo Mancusi registered with the New York State Education Department, and opened the doors to the museum in 1990. Since then, he has devoted much of his time to the world’s greatest tenor. He has been active in the Italian-American community as a member of various organizations, including a seat on the board of the Italian-American Cultural Roundtable. He has lectured at many prestigious locations including Fordham University, Brooklyn College, Hofstra, Montclair State University, The Casa Italiana Zerilli Marimo, Steinway Hall, and Brooklyn Borough Hall to name a few. In addition, he has traveled twelve times to Italy lecturing and exhibiting the Caruso collection.  Through his endeavors, Mancusi has enlightened many in all walks of life, and will continue to do so because of the joy it brings him and all who come to visit this unique shrine.
